Exclusive sponsorship


1) Special session during the Congress
A special session having relevance to Congress theme can be arranged for the exclusive sponsors in addition to 9 symposia of the Congress.  It is typically broader landscape; however it is around the main theme of the congress.  It should address cross cutting issues.  Subject matter for the special session may be decided in consultation with organizers.
Before, agreeing to special session, the sponsors have to share purpose of session, length of session, outline of session including topics, number of participants, preferred date and time. Special session will be accommodated subject to facilities available and decision of the organisers will be final.
Sponsorship for the special session will be Rs. 10.00 lakhs+ or equivalent currency for two hours duration.
2) Lunch/Dinner/Welcome dinner sponsorship (Rs. 7.00 Lakhs+ or equivalent currency)
Refreshment breaks are a vibrant and social time at the Congress. Lunch/dinners are main social event of the Congress.  Sponsor will enjoy following privilege:

  1. Company banner displayed in area (Sponsor to provide)
  2. Company logo in the sponsorship signage
  3. Audio visual-displayed board about the company and its products at the sight of dinner or lunch (To be displayed by the company)
  4. Other benefits will be as available to diamond sponsor.

3) Congress Memento (Rs. 7.00 Lakhs+ or equivalent currency)
Congress Memento will be provided to all the delegates, which will be exhibited at the residence or office of the delegate for a very long period.  Organization name and logo along with Congress logo will be inscribed on the memento. Other benefits will be as available to diamond sponsor.  (Design and placement as per the decision of organisers).

4) Delegate Satchels/Bags/Trolley (Rs. 7.00 Lakhs+ or equivalent currency)

  1. All registered delegate will be provided with an official congress Satchels/Bags/Trolley upon registration in the Congress.
  2. The organising committee will ensure a good quality to prolong the usages by the delegates.
  3. Company name and logo will be printed on the Satchels/Bags/Trolley along with Congress logo.  (Size and placement of the logo will be at the description of the Organising Committee. 

            Other benefit will be as available to Diamond sponsor.

5) Pre-Congress proceedings pen-drive and name badge (Rs. 4.00 Lakhs+ or equivalent currency)
This pen-drive will bearing company name and logo will be provided by the company and contain Pre-Congress proceedings and it will be provided to each delegate. This pen-drive will be used by the delegates frequently beyond the Congress. Other benefits-Logo on the sponsorship signage

  1. Delegate need to wear their name badge during the Congress.
  2. Name badge will contain company logo along with congress logo.
  3. Other benefits-Logo on sponsorship signage.

All sponsors have the option to negotiate with the organizer on various combinations in order to maximise their opportunity.  For sponsorship of particular event, limited opportunities are available, so final selection depends upon the Organising Committee.
